I am an acupuncturist, and am interested in the treatment of interstitial
cystitis. Please advise any information you may have on the treatment of
this disease naturally/with alternative medicine. Also the average time
it takes for the patient to experience relief from symptoms.

Thanks for your question sent to my Forum. A disease "Interstitial Cystitis"
is not known here, and cannot be found in the big (1330 pages) Medical
Dictionary Veillon/Nobel, not in its supplement (464 pages), not in the
classic German Medical dictionary Pschyrembel, and not in the German-English
Medical Dictionary Bunjes (574 pages). So, before I could see if I can
say more, I would need from you a detailed description of the anamnesis,
the disease and symptoms of this patient. Also, please check if "Interstitial
Cystitis" is the correct medical name.
